The idea behind the ASCENT Foundation stemmed from this—to bring together ambitious entrepreneurs and provide them with a conducive environment to exchange experiences, solve challenges, and scale their businesses together.
Founded in 2012 by Harsh Mariwala (Chairman, Marico Ltd.), ASCENT is a not-for-profit initiative empowering over 1,000 entrepreneurs across India. It operates through peer-driven ‘Trust Groups,’ fostering knowledge sharing, collaboration, and collective growth. By harnessing the ‘Power of the Collective,’ ASCENT cultivates a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem.
